User Device Management Area: Manages user login, registration, logout, and permission switches based on requirements.

Device Status Display: Displays DB status and the number of targets in the area.
Main Function Operations: Main function operations: Allows system functionality to be expanded or minimized (expand, reduce, close), and to exit the entire system.
